Membership

Your annual membership dollars are the simplest way for you to support the BTS’s mission.

There are four membership levels, each with their own benefits: Senior, Adult, New Adult, Young Adult, and BTT Club.

All members receive a New Member Packet, a membership card entitling them to free admission to the Betsy-Tacy Houses during regular Saturday hours, and free or discounted admission to BTS events. In addition:

• New Adult members (ages 20–25), Adult members (ages 26–61, $30/year) and Senior members (ages 62+, $25/year) receive two print newsletters (the Deep Valley Sun) and two e-newsletters (The Agony Column) per year

• Young Adult members (ages 13–19, $15/year) receive our nine vinyl Betsy–Tacy-themed stickers, three newsletters (The Social Room) per year, and a direct link to our Tumblr blog

• BTT Club members (ages 5–12, $10/year) receive four print newsletters per year and the opportunity to be matched with a same-age BTT Club pen pal

We also offer two memberships for Adult/Senior BTS members who are curious about the newsletters the younger folks get: Adult YA and Adult BTT Club.

If you prefer not to pay online, download and complete the membership form, and mail it with a check (made out to the BTS) to:

Do you know someone who might enjoy a BTS membership? Visit the Membership page in our Shop, and click on the membership level for the person you’re gifting. On the membership form, indicate that you are purchasing a gift membership, and then fill in the form with all the required contact information for your gift recipient. Please also provide your contact information in case we need further information.

You may also donate an anonymous gift membership that we can offer to someone for whom we know the membership fee presents a hardship. In this case, don’t fill out the membership form.
